An active and attentive Marketing structure promotes the sales of G&M customers through the analysis of the market and consumers; it uses all the levers of the promotion: flyers with price cut, communication and in-activitystore, which meet the various needs of the Idea Bellezza, BeautySi and vantage Point stores.

A Category has been covering the marginality of points of sale managing prices, assortments, lay-outs and product displays. The Treasury and Finance Office manages the proper functioning of the company’s financial flows. The Administrative Office shall ensure proper accounting management, tax, administrative, committing high-level human and technological resources to make everything work at its best but for this to happen you need an equipped and advanced IT department. Here, experienced staff using state-of-the-art hardware and software tools ensures the continuity and smooth operation of all sectors of the company.

The Sales Office area is dedicated to support people working in the field, providing division managers and agents with all the necessary sales tools: paper material, canvass launch, sales conditions control, administrative practices of the customers; all always in the optical of offering to the customer services in real time. In this department we plan the development through geo-marketing studies to identify on the territory the key locations whose requirements must be in line with management plans. Another central sector is the logistics of G&M, a real technological gem of the company. The distribution platform covers an area of almost 10,000 square meters and uses a state-of-the-art logistic system in Italy that automates the preparation of orders, reduces the preparation time and eliminates the margin of error.
